Effective April 30, 2020 – ATM WILL BE OUT OF SERVICE

Effective at 7:30 am April 30, 2020 our ATM will be out of service at the Mt. Pleasant location.  I apologize for any inconvenience this will cause our members.  It is however, the cost of progress.  We must take the old ATM out to enable the new concrete island which will be the home for our new pneumatic drive thru tube and new ATM.  Thank you for your patience as we work through this improvement.  The West Burlington ATM will continue to be available.

We are making improvements to our drive thru in Mt. Pleasant.  We are still open.  We will maintain one drive thru lane at all times.    We are going from 3 lanes to 2, creating wider lanes for the larger vehicles to safely navigate the drive thru.  We are installing a new ATM, new pneumatic lane 2 service, and improved audio in both lanes.  COVID-19 has made the timing difficult, but installation had already been scheduled.  We will get through this together, the same as past remodels.    Thank you for your patience and understanding as we get through another project to improve the member experience.

ATTENTION ALL:

After careful consideration and to ensure the health and well-being of our members, employees, and our communities, we have made the decision to close the lobbies at both of our branches effective at 8:30 am today, March 19, 2020, until further notice.

We will be open normal hours with drive thru service from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday thru Thursday and 7:30 am to 5:30 pm on Friday, as well as 9 to noon on Saturday.

Appointments can be made to come in to the lobby as needed. Please call us at 319.385.4914 in Mt. Pleasant or 319.752.0181 in West Burlington for any question you may have.

All loan officers and employees are available by telephone to help with your account, debit card, loan, or online banking questions.

If you have been impacted by COVID-19 and need our support, we are here to help with guidance and other assistive means.  We have programs available to assist affected member such as short-term loans and loan skip-a-payments.
